Snoop Dogg Wins Overseas Battle to go back to the UK

West Coast rap veteran Snoop Dogg was granted the right to re-enter the United Kingdom after being banned from the country for over three years. According to reports, the ruling was made official in an England court. The ban initially came when the rapper got busted in 2006. Snoop also received past support from United Kingdom soccer
A U.K. court has ruled in favor of rap star Snoop Dogg in his long-running immigration battle with the U.K. government, clearing the way for the U.S. entertainer to visit Britain after a three-year ban. Two senior immigration judges found that border authorities were wrong to refuse Snoop—whose real name is Calvin Broadus—entry clearance in 2007. The 20-page ruling, dated Friday, was received by both parties on Monday. (Wall Street Journal)
Snoop was arrested at London’s Heathrow airport back in 2006 and after that he was denied entry back into the country for his prior incidents involving drugs and firearms citing him as a threat. The ban was lifted in 2008 but government officials appealed and reversed the decision! (Perez Hilton)
